Whilst working at Crumpled Dog I was tasked with redesigning different parts of BoxNation’s site to improve user journeys. I was also responsible for producing various BoxNation fight promotional material (often to tight deadlines).

Web improvements included designing a slicker UI, creating a method for managing traffic during the build up to big fights (server overloads and extended waiting times), sign-up forms for events (iPads) and optimising layouts and content for mobile.

The promotional fight material had to work across a myriad of different media (print, online and social). I used social media to full effect, for example: creating lots of buzz for a charity fight when Charlotte Church and Katie Hopkins fell out with the line “Don’t just Twitter, hit her!”
