Whilst working at DigitasLBi I created Day-by-Day: a life coaching app for patients who had recently suffered a heart attack. I was responsible for analysing the user journeys, designing the service, the app UI, the broader user touchpoints and the Day-by-Day website.
The proposed solution worked across three key processes: connection to the patient, connection to their impending journey and finally connection to the service itself. The main user touchpoints created for launch were the leaflet (no awareness), website (aware/inquisitive) and an introductory video (engaged).
The work was very well received by AstraZeneca and I also helped achieve healthcare approval for the service by undertaking an AZAP submission involving full user journey documentation.
