Whilst working at Crumpled Dog I curated the service proposition, created the brand and subsequently designed a website for Schools Together – a new government initiative to encourage schools (and community groups) to collaborate on projects and share their facilities with one another.

The marque within the identity symbolises the coming together of different schools and a ‘united voice’ speech bubble element. The shapes also formed a secondary typeface which was used for header banners, advertising and other brand assets. The brand elements (shape and colours) also act as wayfinders during user journeys.

The developed proposition allowed schools to login and initiate projects with one another; edit their profile; or find partner schools. The launch features were identified via creative workshops. Further usability workshops enabled more intuitive filtering and a smoother journey to the case studies and news items.
