Whilst working at Faith the Agency I was part of the team that was responsible for redesigning the Sony Professional website (pan-Europe).
We analysed the brief and decided that users would come to the site from two contrasting key positions: solutions-based users (teachers, doctors, production managers, etc) and product-based users (show me TVs, projectors, printers, etc). We pitched for the work exploring this framework in detail and won the job.
After our successful pitch I was responsible for organising the site structure, identifying key users, developing ideas, artworking visuals, managing developers, evolving the site’s integration with Eloqua, creating the online guidelines and helping build a complimentary social media strategy. The overhauled site was launched pan-Europe in under six months (from initial pitch date).
